Carbon fiber cloth reinforcement construction technology:


1. According to the requirements of the design drawing, locate the required reinforcement location, draw the paste location line, and then treat the surface of the concrete, use a sandblasting machine or mechanical polishing to remove the loose sand and corroded sand particles on the paste surface of the concrete component For concrete tissues, the protruding parts should be flattened. At the corner, it should be pour into R>20MM.


2. Repair and leveling: the concave part of the concrete surface should be repaired with JCN-R glue, mixed with twice the weight of white cement or heavy calcium carbonate, and the level difference and corners should be smoothed with repair glue.


3. Apply primer: Use a blower or vacuum cleaner to remove the dust on the surface of the concrete, and wipe it with acetone to remove oil stains. Mix the first and second components of the primer (JGN-P) according to the weight of 1:3 respectively. Use a roller brush or brush to apply evenly to the sticking surface. The adjusted primer should be used up within the specified time. When the fingers are dry (3-5 hours at room temperature), the next step can be applied.


4. Pasting carbon fiber cloth: JGN-C glue A and B components are mixed evenly according to the weight of 1:3, and the roller is used to promote the sticking brush and the squeegee to apply the glue evenly to the concrete bonding surface. The amount of brushing is about 600-800g/m2, paste the carbon fiber cloth, use hard rubber roller or plastic scraper to repeatedly press to drive out air bubbles and promote the penetration of the adhesive. After the bottom layer is fully penetrated by the glue, scrape the upper layer of glue, and the amount of brushing About 200/square meter, reciprocating squeegee allows the adhesive to penetrate into the elastic fiber. After 1-2 hours at room temperature, use hard rubber or plastic scraper to reciprocate rolling to eliminate possible floating or misalignment. The last layer The surface of the carbon fiber cloth should be evenly coated with a layer of adhesive.


5. Construction quality inspection: the relevant chapters of "Technical Specifications for Reinforcement of Concrete Structures" and "Technical Specifications for Reinforcement and Repair of Concrete Structures with Carbon Fiber Sheets". The bonding quality between the carbon fiber sheet and the concrete can be checked by lightly tapping with a small hammer or pressing the surface of the carbon fiber sheet by hand. The total effective bonding area should not be less than 95%.


6. Carbon fiber composite material reinforcement and protection treatment: Use LB type interface treatment agent and surface mortar can also be directly painted with good protection performance latex, etc.; the parts that may collide should be specially treated, and the components with fire protection requirements shall be "Design Fire Protection Code" requires protection.
